Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is entering the final year of his rookie deal, and while both sides seemingly want an extension, it just hasn't happened yet. Tua has flourished in South Beach, leading the NFL in passing yards last season while earning himself a Pro Bowl berth for the first time in his young career. Most importantly, he's led Miami to the postseason each season under head coach Mike McDaniel. But his injury history is well documented, which could be what is holding up the deal from the Dolphins' side. The two sides are likely to work out a deal at some point, but until they do, the future for both player and team will remain murky.
